How to Reset Your Password on Matta

There are two ways to reset your password on Matta:

  1. When you are logged in

  2. When you are not logged in


When you are logged in on https://matta.trade/

  1. Go to “My Account”


  1. Click “Account” . you would be directed to account settlings


  1. Click  “ Password” section

  1. Input current password (the password you used to log in)

  2. Input new password

  3. Confirm new password (input new password again)

  4. Click “change password” button



When you are not logged in

  1. Go to the [Matta login page]. - https://matta.trade/auth/login

  1. Click on “Forgot Password.”

  1. Enter your registered email address and click "Continue"


  1. Check your email and click the activation link to reset your password.



The email looks like this:

  1. Input your new password. Input your new password again in the “confirm password” field. Click “submit” once done.


  1. You should see a success alert once your password reset is successful. Login with your new password
