For Products that require you to request a quote: 

1. Click on the product

2. Click Request Quote

3. Fill the required information

4. Submit request

5. You can also request sample if its available (you’ll see the button on the product details page if available).

6. Someone from Matta would reach out to you with the information you have requested, and you can proceed to make a purchase order

7. Make payment

8. Once your payment is confirmed, a sales order confirmation will be sent to you and you can track your order progress

9. You have successfully bought an item on Matta’s marketplace

For products that have a fixed price:

1. Click on the product

2. Choose your packaging of choice and Input the amount you want to buy.

3. Click “Add to Cart”

4. Click the cart icon at the top

5. Click Proceed to checkout

6. Sign in if you have an account. If not, Create an Account on Matta

7. After Successful Login, choose delivery option
   

7. Click "confirm order"

8. Make Payment
   

9. Congratulations, your order is being processed

10. you can track your orders on the "orders" page

As a user that has created a Matta Account

1. Log in to your matta buyer Account.

2. Search for product you are looking for via the search bar.

3. Select Item of choice, it can be an item that would require you to request a quote or it can have a fixed price.

4. For Items that requires you to request a quote, click the request a quote button and submit your information.

5. For Items that have a fixed price, click on the item, select packaging and order amount.

6. Click “Add to Cart”

7. Click the cart icon at the top.

8. Click Proceed to checkout.
   

9. choose delivery option
   







10. Click "confirm order"

11. Choose your preferred payment method.

12. confirm your order, make payment , receive an order confirmation, and also track your order.

13. Congratulations, your order is being processed
