How an agent can create a Vendor / Supplier
Log in to your agent account on Matta - https://agents.matta.trade/login
Click on Customers on the side bar.
Click the Add customer button on the “Customers” page
Click “Vendor” button and add the email address of the vendor you want to create. Then click the “Next” button.
Add the required information Matta asks you for. Then click the submit button
Congratulations you have successfully created a vendor!
Wait for your vendor to be approved (you can reach out to a Matta representative to look into the approval process as well)
You can manage the information of the vendor you created in the “Customers” page by selecting the Suppliers category. If they are approved they will be under “Suppliers”, but if they are still awaiting approval they will be under “Pending”
